Julian Höppner, LL.M.

Certified IT Law Attorney

Julian Höppner joined JBB Rechtsanwälte in 2004, becoming partner in 2012. The core of his practice is all things technology, data privacy and security. He assists German and international companies in developing and negotiating IT contracts of all sorts and advises them in structuring their business models with a view to data privacy and data security compliance. In addition, Julian Höppner also deals with legal matters arising in the still growing field of e-commerce (B2C in online/mobile business, etc.).

Professional Training

Julian Höppner studied jurisprudence at University of Würzburg, Universitat de Barcelona, Freie Universität Berlin (1st Stat Examination 2001) and Edinburgh (LL.M 2002), subsequently completing his legal clerkship in Berlin (2nd State Examination 2004). He became mender of the Berlin Bar in 2005 and was awarded his Certified IT Law Attorney title in 2010.
